Three of Ireland’s best and most influential DJs join one of New York’s finest to discuss the music that’s rolled out of Manhattan, Brooklyn, Queens and The Bronx since the 1920’s, and how that music has shaped their lives, careers, sets and mix-tapes.

Colm K is a DJ, producer and promoter from Cork. A regular in clubs and at festivals all over the country, his mixes and shows with Boiler Room and NTS mark his international profile.

Donal Dineen is a broadcaster and DJ who, for 20 years, has been at the forefront of breaking new and classic music to an Irish audience.

Aoife Nic Canna, dubbed the first lady of Irish House by Hotpress, has been a leading force in the Irish dance music scene since its initial emergence in the early 1990s and she continues to open up new paths for the scene with a range of club nights and DJ projects.

A Philadelphia native, New York based Qool DJ Marv cannot be easily placed in a category or genre. His sets will always include an array of selections crossing many eras and decades of music including R&B, Hip-Hop, Reggae, Latin, House, Jazz, Funk, Rock & Roll, Soul, and Disco classics from around the world. Known for his cuts and mix tapes, and Resident at both iterations of Soho House New York in Manhattan’s Meatpacking District and the Lower East Side, Marv is loved by fellow DJs, including Mr Scruff, DJ Spinna and Theo Parish. and is the go-to player for HBO, Spike Lee, Oprah Winfrey, Russell Simmons, The Apollo and others, setting the tone at premiere parties for PhatFarm, Divorce, Boardwalk Empire, The Sopranos, The Wire, Bessie and more.
